Rental Terms

Price and period are agreed before delivery

We assess your photos, recommend the equipment and how long it needs to run, and quote the full amount. Once you confirm, that's the price — no meter running, no surprises on collection. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

Rental period

Rentals run for the period agreed in your quote, with a minimum of 7 days for dehumidifiers, heating fans and infrared heaters, and 1 treatment day for ozone generators. The agreed period is charged in full, even if drying finishes sooner. We collect the equipment on or shortly after the last day; if that falls on a weekend, collection moves to Monday at no extra cost.

If it needs longer

If the property needs more time, we agree an extension with you by WhatsApp or text before the agreed period ends, at the daily rate. Nothing is extended without your approval.

Ozone generators

Rooms being treated with ozone must be kept free of people and pets during treatment and for 24 hours afterwards.

The equipment

The equipment remains our property. While it's at your property, you're responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear. The equipment runs on your property's electricity.

How payment works

A €150 booking deposit, deducted from the total, is due once you've confirmed the equipment and dates — by Bizum or instant transfer. Your booking is confirmed once it has arrived. The balance is due when the equipment arrives: in cash or Bizum if you're on site, or by bank transfer beforehand if you're not.
