Yes — we deliver dehumidifiers, heating fans, infrared heaters and ozone generators across the Costa del Sol, from Málaga to Marbella. We assess your photos first so you get the right equipment for your specific damage.

Send us photos on WhatsApp and we'll usually get back to you with a recommendation and price within a day. Once agreed, we'll arrange delivery and setup at a time that works for both of us.

We rent drying equipment for flooding, burst pipes, leaks and water ingress. Send photos of what's happened and we'll tell you honestly which equipment you need, how many units and for how long. We don't carry out hands-on work ourselves — damp in the walls, condensation and recurring mould are handled by DRY-EXPERT.

DAMP-EXPERT is equipment rental only: we assess your photos, recommend the right equipment, deliver and set it up, and collect it when you're done. DRY-EXPERT provides the services — long-lasting fixes for damp in the walls, condensation and recurring mould in villas. Both are run by Christian Gross, so if your property needs more than drying, we can tell you whether DRY-EXPERT can take it on.

Dehumidifiers from €127 for the first week (€18/day after), heating fans from €76/week, infrared heaters from €136/week, and ozone generators from €175 per room per day. All prices include IVA. Send photos and we'll tell you exactly what you need and what it costs before anything is booked.

Yes. We work with keyholders, property managers and neighbours all the time. Send us photos — theirs or yours — and we'll arrange access, set the equipment up, and send you photos when it's running. You don't need to be here.

We don't produce formal assessments or insurance reports. We supply and set up drying equipment and issue a proper invoice (factura) for the rental, which most insurers accept as proof of cost. If your insurer needs a formal damage report, you'll need a loss adjuster or surveyor.

Yes — we rent ozone generators, which remove odours and treat the air after water damage. We deliver and set up the unit and collect it afterwards. Rooms can't be used for 24 hours after ozone has run. If the walls themselves are the problem — damp in the walls, condensation or recurring mould — that's DRY-EXPERT.
